mobility in galicia, spain

This blended mobility for adult learners was organized in Galicia (Spain) in March 2020 and it was hosted by our Spanish partner - Asociación de desenvolvemento rural Terras de Pontevedra Norte. The training activity was mainly targeted to adult’s learners selected in the territories of all 6 partner organizations at the beginning of the project. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, our Italian partner did not succeed to send participants to the mobility, so it was represented by learners coming from Bulgaria, Turkey, Romania, Norway and Spain. The seminar represented a real intensive pilot learning activity where learners had the opportunity to directly experience what they have learned at local level. The training also combined different methodologies – presentations, plenary and small group works, peer learning, study visits. Our Spanish partner’s territory, crossed by one of the worldwide most famous religious itineraries, Camino de Santiago, has been specifically chosen to host this blended mobility due to its the experience with cultural and religious itineraries, representing an excellent experience Europe and a precious opportunity for learners coming from other countries to directly observe and test the functioning of their hosting centres and other organizations providing supporting services.

Short-term joint staff training event

This short-term mobility that took place in Craiova and in Sibiu/Romania, was our first international mobility in the framework of PANHERA project involving representatives from each partner's organization. The mobility was organized by our lead partner - Centre for Dialogue between Science and Theology (University of Craiova). This event was a perfect opportunity for the staff to meet and to discuss the development of the Intellectual outcomes of Panhera project. The training combined different methodologies, such as direct presentations, plenary and little group works, peer learning, etc. The host partner organized study visits and meetings aimed at presenting local good practices and experiences of the hosting structures in Romania. The participants had an excellent opportunity to better understand the work implemented and to exchange experience with their peers, to discuss the development of a training path considering the opinions of all the partners, and to improve their capacity to support both trainers and learners in the work to be implemented at local and transnational level.
